How come sometimes I see posts were the last post is on the first page and the first post is on the last page? Did a setting get mixed up in my config that I'm not seeing? Doesn't happen all the time.
Also, when I PM people I see all their PM from people as well as their replies? Does the default system make all vistor messages visible?
These two items seem complete different then the 101 forums I belong on and I think many use vBulletin too!

The default here seems to be different from what I'm used to, also. I fixed it by:
