How much is my 2001 custom XC70 Worth??

Hi guys.. I'm trying to figure out a approximate value for my ride so I can sell it and pay for my pilot school. Its in good shape, some light dings in the body.. never has givin me any big troubles. .. i have about $12,000 in upgrades in the last 16 month - with receipts. below is a list of everything (that i can remember) that I have done. as well as a few pictures for your pleasure.. I would love to hear any input.. I hate to sell it, but got to finish my CFI training.

5,000-8,000... it is what it is. Not to insult you in anyway but all that stuff means nothing to the NADA Value so your gonna have to hope that person wants what you've created....just sayin Good Luck Nice Car!

I agree...

If you have all of the stock stuff left then swap the car back to stock and sell of the pieces individually. Or find someone with an XC that's interested in a swap plus cash.

Look up what a 2001 XC with 140K is worth and that's what it's worth!
Your mods (on an old car) are not worth anything extra.

It was not a good idea to spend that kind of money on an 2001 then turn around and try to sell it
(Oh and it's closer to the 5K number not 8K)

Yup - pull the upgrades, sell them separately to gain the best value from them.

What are you going to drive to the airport and back? You'll need some wheels. I vote for keeping it. You've put enough into it, enjoy it.

Sell some plasma, sign up as a guinea pig on a medical study, eat Ramen noodles 3 times a day. It'll build character.
