Looking for whaqt the title says......anyone know where to get one?
Thanks
This should be in the FAQ. You have two choices, buy the UK Haynes manual for the V70, it won't cover XC specific features but most of it is applicable, or get a copy of VADIS.

I would like a copy of the VADIS.....is there a place to get a free copy? Anyone on here sell them?
VADIS is copyright of Volvo, however there was some Italian guy on eBay who sold old '05 ripped copies of VADIS but either he's stopped or sold out because there are none listed.
Is this the one I would need?

No, like it says, that is just the wiring diagrams. Maybe email the seller and see if he has the full service version.
Do you do torrents? If so, try here (http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/3512164/VADIS_volvo).

He states "Service Manual for Volvo vehicles and is used by the Volvo dealer network and Volvo authorized repair shops. It includes Service and Repair procedures, Service Bulletins, Parts Catalogue, Specifications, Accessory installation instructions, Volvo special Tools, Design and function of various systems, Fault codes definitions, Symptom entry and troubleshooter. VADIS DVD's contains many many gigabytes of Service information!"
I'll check with him.
Without getting too deep into this, a torrent is a file you download to enable a peer-to-peer download of the desired and usually large data file (the VADIS installation file in this case). In other words, you download the file I provided the link to and activate it with a peer-to-peer sharing app such as BitTorrent to ultimately get hold VADIS. For a better and more complete explanation see this (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BitTorrent_protocol).
Bottom line is that you can get hold of the VADIS app for free doing it with a torrent.
Cheers,
