The airbag and steering wheel would fit MY01~MY04, plug and play.
But the steering wheel controls are different connectors, so you'll have to use your existing one.

No problem, I'm running 235/45/18 with 46mm offset Pegasus wheels. Also have 20mm spacers in the back and 10mm spacers in the front.
There are no rubbing at all.

Other set of 19" wheel are 35mm...

I'd go with IPD for the Stage 1 tune. The bump in power and torque is great and added bonus is Rev limiter raised to 7000rpm, and can also eliminate the torque restriction in 1st gear.

Save your money for a stage 1 tune. It is the best bang for the buck.
