Bump, for the info:
1. What brand rotors and pads have a good compromise with keeping wheels clean and good stopping power?
2. What is minimum wheel back spacing to clear calipers, front and...
Thanks Bill, that post is very good.
I don't have vida access but maybe ipd can help with that.
Really, no one has any of this info here?
Hello,
Looking to get a set, front and back, of R brakes on an '06 xc70.
I need to know few specific things before pulling the trigger.
1. Do I need or have to have R dust shields and can they...
I have 18" and very happy with them.
I would keep your 17" and put dedicated winter tires on and find a set of 18" for summer tires.
My wheels are not for sale but read this for good info and pics:...
Very nice example.
It's weird to look at a pictures of a car like mine down to same trunk liner.
Would be nice to know how much it will sell for with same mileage as mine.
I wonder if it also...
Another update:
Over the weekend just ticked over 70k on the car.
Tires are down to just barely visible "4" mark and still ride very nice.
Sway bars still have the aqualube grease in them and...
I would do something different:
Why not swap seat foams from driver to passenger sets temporarily.
Then take Your worn out driver foam to and decent upholstery/furniture place and have them...
I use it on both my cars and my motorcycle.
It's same as the ATE DOT 4 clear, but it has the dye to easily say when it's flushed.
I change my every 2 years and switch each time from clear to blue...
My suggestion from almost year ago are still valid and would help with this problem...
Sold, paid & shipped.
Thanks Jim
That's nice.
The problem is You are somehow the only person that gets/finds those deals/price I ever heard off so I'm not sure if it has and real world value for rest of us mortals:rolleyes:
And...
Bump.
I can do $115 shipped to lower 48.
Thanks

My mirzam are 45 offset so extra 10 mm it's not that much more.
As U see on pics front is closer to be flush then rear so if anything check front wheel fitment with a tire on ground and full turn in...

Thanks for posting it.
What is a vacuum level that would indicate a breaking point between a clean and clogged system?
Update:
I have about 23K on tires and sway bars and all is well.
Bushings are still greased, tires are down half way to mark#4 and ride as well as new.
As some others said they are not the most...
nice follow up, thanks
I'm not talking about driving anywhere, few minutes won't hurt anything.
Plus,U can never get 100% of antifreeze out so some will be there.
Drain it from the inlet of oil cooler by the steering...
If U are in a need of a coolant flush anytime soon I would recommend to drain the whole system including overflow tank now.
Running distilled water only thru couple of full heat cycle to break up...
Do U have an oem hitch?
