if you live in any type of a cold climate I would recommend the cold weather package. It was a clearly listed option in the 2002 book. In addition to the heated seats you also get the headlamp wipers.

I have excellent experience with Inskip Volvo in Warwick which is about 20 miles from Newport. They offer free pick up and drop off as well as a loaner car for routine service.

I've never reset the average MPG on the trip computer and have averaged exactly 23MPG during the 15,000 miles of my 2002's pampered life.
I am right on track for 30,000 miles this year.
