My rear passenger brake pad is rubbing the rotor. The pad looks good just dont understand why its doing this. What should i do?

I got an '03. My key and remote is separated. I was wondering if I would be able to go to the dealers to convert my key and remote into 1 complete peice like the new XC90's?
Well when i bought my XC90 the dealer changed the oil. Im scheduled to change it again @ 52k. I still have a 3 month warranty the dealership though.
It actually did come with that rubber peice. Im going to try to drill that hole on my day off. Maybe that will solve problem #1 also?
