Rears may definitely help too. What are you expecting it to feel like though? It is an XC after all, not an R.
Are you able to remove the radiator without a lift? Up on ramps gives enough space to get it down and out?
They switched to plastic when they replaced the headlight wipers with headlight washers (sprayers).

But that is the $100 method, not the $5 method. If you've got a cassette deck and you want the cheap route you can get one of those cassette to aux adapters like...
I have a GROM installed that provides an aux connection. Probably cheaper ways, but it works. First I got it for the USB and BT connection options but the BT broke after a while so now I'm using...
See this link http://volvo.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9694/~/programming-homelink-%28garage-door-opener%29.
I had my '05 shipped from JRL to my place in Oregon, so you can always find a way. :)
Yes, T-IV is the same as Mobil 3309 and the same as the Volvo fluid, just in a different package.
That's another option, but I don't think my wife wants a 3rd vehicle sitting around. Might be a good option though, it would be nice to have a truck...
My wife is thinking about getting a boat. So then I need to think about towing the boat. I've got the 2005 XC70 and the 2008 S80. Not going to use the S80 for towing a boat, although I see it is...

I've got a weird coolant leak problem. It will drive around fine for weeks without losing any coolant, and then one day it will drop down to just below "minimum" in the reservoir. I'll fill it up...
Luckily (?) I don't have to worry about that too much in the Pacific Northwest.
Yah, there's not. I like to put the phone in horizontally so it doesn't get in the way so much. Sometimes I need to have it vertical though because the screen isn't visible if I'm wearing polarized...

I really like the iOttie suction mounted holders, like this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FXSU43W
Update for me: my sunshade guides in the front were still in good condition, and the drivers side rear was still in good condition. Just the passenger rear was in bad shape, all bent up. I really...
This handle I installed a couple years ago is still going strong. There's a few on ebay now that show up. New 3rd party and used Volvo.
Erie probably has one.
In California he needs a front plate too.
Oooh it's in my neighborhood! Looks pretty, but don't think I'm in the market now. :(
AFAIK all the aftermarket options are smaller. Only the Volvo OEM hitch is 2-inch.
I got a cylinder from Tasca for under $240 a few years ago...
Sounds interesting but are there any documents from another source that isn't selling their own product?
