Category reorganization

Just moved a bunch of the categories and forums around for a more logical presentation.

Incidentally, when you make these type of changes do the post Email alert links follow or do they break?

Hi Barry,

The links should continue to work in the emails because I believe the threads are uniquely identified. Hence the URLs are not affected by a thread's category or even forum location.

Let me know if you experience problems with this.
